1. Order Processing Time
Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
Processing includes payment confirmation, order review, preparation, and handover to the shipping carrier. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays where applicable.
Orders placed during peak periods, holidays, or unexpected operational disruptions may require additional processing time. If a significant delay occurs, please contact our customer service team.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
Our standard estimated shipping time is 7–15 days after dispatch.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
The order-processing period is separate from the shipping period. Under normal conditions, customers should allow approximately 9–17 days in total, combining up to 2 business days of processing and 7–15 days of estimated shipping. Weekends, holidays, and unforeseen delays may extend the total time.
3. Shipping Charges
One-item free shipping: Orders containing one eligible item qualify for free standard shipping.
Any applicable shipping fees for other order configurations, expedited options, or special destinations will be shown at checkout before payment. Please review the final order total before completing your purchase.
Import duties, customs charges, or destination-country taxes may apply depending on local law and the shipping arrangement. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the free-shipping offer and may be payable by the recipient.

This address is designated by the store for dispatch operations. Please note that the registered office listed below is a separate company-registration address.
The dispatch address should be used as an operational address only after the store has confirmed that the facility and its logistics partner can process outgoing parcels.
5. Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, we will provide the relevant tracking information after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a carrier first receives a parcel.
If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears delayed, contact us with your order number so we can review the available shipping information.
6. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact details.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been handed to the carrier.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping costs or reshipment arrangements may apply. We will review the circumstances with you before confirming any additional charge.
7. Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Delivery estimates may be affected by customs inspections, severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season volumes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If an order is significantly delayed, please contact us. We will review the available tracking information and work with the carrier where possible.
